As the founder of Culture Colab Consulting, Lauren brings over a decade of experience in Talent, HR and Inclusion space within the corporate environment. As an advocate for people, culture and inclusion, Lauren’s human-centric approach is centered around creating and fostering inclusive and equitable work environments where individuals feel valued and empowered. As a trusted partner and advisor, she has successfully guided organizations through talent management processes, retention strategies and employee engagement programs.
As an equity-focused people leader with a focus on casting strategic vision, Lauren has accelerated transformational growth, and advanced high-capacity teams. She has extensive experience directing the strategy and administration of talent-related processes, inclusive programs, and sustainable structures that successfully merge cultural values and business objectives. Recognized
as a strategic thought leader, Lauren has introduced solutions-focused concepts aligned with individual and organizational needs, resulting in innovation, long-term engagement and sustainability.
Lauren has a B.A. in Psychology, and an M.S. in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville College.
